Paolo mainly deals with civil law, banking law, analysis and management of bank and commercial credit. His legal assistance and consultancy activity is aimed at companies and individuals. He has been collaborating with ADR since 2013.

EDUCATION

He graduated in Law from the University of Macerata in July 2004 and then began his legal practice at the Morena law firm founded by his father, Avv. Silvio Morena, of which he became the owner in 2010. In 2023 he obtained the DC Academy Master “Expert in Corporate Crisis”. He speaks Italian and French.

WORK EXPERIENCE
He has been working with ADR Srl since 2013. He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance in civil law matters, gaining considerable experience in the field of forced expropriation in general and in bankruptcy proceedings.

In 2013 he began his professional collaboration with ADR.

Since 2015 he has received assignments in the field of debt collection from Innolva Spa, TINEXTA Group.

Since January 2018 he has been providing consultancy to BCC Gestione Crediti (ICCREA Cooperative Banking Group) in the Due Diligence activity on NPL and UTP portfolios generated by Cooperative Credit Banks in Transfer operations.

Areas of expertise

  • He provides consultancy in the field of real rights, contractual and extra-contractual civil liability, condominium law, separation of spouses and divorces, in the rental sector and in eviction procedures;
  • He deals with the management and extrajudicial handling of practices for compensation for damages from road accidents and injuries and the related litigation activity;
  • He offers contractual consultancy to individuals and businesses.
  • Carries out Due Diligence activities in Assignment operations under a consultancy contract with BCC Gestione Crediti.
  • He has also provided his services in the field of banking law, with particular reference to the topic of usury, and also provided legal assistance in the context of Banking and Financial Arbitration.
  • He provides consultancy in the field of anti-money laundering to Companies and Financial Intermediaries.
  • He mainly provides assistance to those who have to deal with bankruptcy procedures, taking care of the preparation of applications for admission to the passive status and assisting the client in the subsequent developments of the procedure;
  • He has gained particular experience in forced expropriation in general and in bankruptcy procedures;
  • He also assists companies in the context of out-of-court solutions to the crisis and debt restructuring agreements pursuant to art. 182 bis L.F.
