Giuseppe is a collaborator at ADR firm. He mainly deals with criminal law and corporate criminal law, providing his professional services to companies and individuals. He obtained the lawyer qualification in July 2025 and he has been a member of Macerata Bar Association.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Born in 1996, in October 2022 he graduated in Law at the University of Macerata with final dissertation in Advanced Criminal Law, title “Responsabilità dell’ente da reato colposo: profili di incompatibilità e proposte risolutive” (supervisor Prof. Andrea Francesco Tripodi).

He then successfully attended the advanced course in “Compliance Aziendale e Prevenzione del Rischio-reato negli Enti Collettivi”, organized and directed by Prof. Carlo Piergallini, with lectures given by professors selected from among the leading experts in the field.

Between June and July 2024, he traveled to Brussels, to the Katholieke Universiteit (KU) Leuven, to participate in the ELSA Summer Law School (SELS) in “Pharmaceuticals & IP Law”; a training experience aimed at extending his knowledge to other areas of law, while remaining close to his areas of interest.

At the end of 2022 and throughout his professional internship, he attended the Law School established at the Ancona Bar Association.

Since November 2024, he has been a PhD student in criminal law at the University of Macerata, pursuing a PhD in “Law and Innovation”, where he conducts research on the latest issues relating to the relationship between artificial intelligence and criminal law.

He speaks English and French.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From May to November 2022, he completed a first period of legal practice at the Luzi – Avvocati Associati law firm in Civitanova Marche.

He has been working with ADR firm since November 2022.

In February 2025, he was nominated as a councillor of AIGA Macerata (Italian Association of Young Lawyers).

  • He handles crimes related to business activities, including tax offences, bankruptcy offences, food fraud, offences under T.U. D.lgs. 380/2001, environmental offences, organised crime, offences relating to public auctions, and offences against the public administration.
  • He has developed specific training in the field of criminal liability arising from accidents at work, both with regard to individual liability, assisting the legal representatives of client companies, and with regard to the direct liability of the corporate ex D.lgs. 231/2001;
  • He provides preventive and organisational consulting services, as well as legal advice, on the administrative liability of entities arising from offences (ex D.lgs. 231/01).
  • He supports the civil law department of the firm, providing both extrajudicial and judicial advice to companies and individuals.
  • He manages litigation by designing the most appropriate defence strategy for the client and following all phases of the proceedings, both at first instance and on appeal.
  • He provides advice and assistance in Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, such as mediation, assisted negotiation and arbitration.
  • He also provides advice and assistance in the field of contract law.
  • Handles the management, both in and out of court, of claims for compensation for damages resulting from road accidents and injuries.
