Cristina is a partner of ADR. She mainly deals with administrative, tax and civil law matters. Her clients are companies and private individuals. In 2014 she qualified as a lawyer in Italy. She is registered at the Bar Association Council of Macerata.

EDUCATION

In March 2011, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Law, with a mark of 110/110 cum laude, from the University of Macerata, discussing a thesis on administrative law.
In 2014 he qualified as a professional lawyer and in 2023 he qualified as a lawyer before the higher courts, the Court of Cassation, the Council of State and the Constitutional Court.
After obtaining the professional qualification he continued his training:

  • 2015 certificate of attendance at the Training Course organised by Cassa Forense and the Sole 24 Ore Group on ‘Administrative Responsibility of Companies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/001 and Company Crisis Management;
  • in 2017 he obtains the diploma after attending the Minimaster in Public Contracts and Litigation in Public Contracts, organised by Form & Lex;
  • in 2018 he obtains the diploma at the outcome of the Master of specialisation ‘Il Processo Amministrativo’, organised by Società Italiana Avvocati Amministrativisti at the LUMSA University of Rome
  • in 2023 he obtains the certificate of attendance at the part-time Master’s degree organised by Sole24 ore Business School in ‘Tax Law’;

WORK EXPERIENCE

Since May 2016 she has been collaborating with ADR Srl, a legal consultancy company specialised in corporate legal consultancy.

  • advises on public tenders and concessions, in favour of large private companies;
  • assists client companies in analysing tender documentation, preparing and compiling administrative documentation;
  • supports client companies in the various phases of the tender procedure: from the drafting of letters of clarification to the drafting of petitions for self-defence or any other activity of interlocution with the Granting Authority;
  • collaborates and assists in the training of the management and commercial staff of several client companies in order to deepen the reform of the Code of Tenders and Concessions;
  • having a particular specialisation in the administrative process, he follows all the litigation related to administrative law in which he has handled over 40 disputes in the last three years, in particular in the following areas;
    • public tendering procedures (public contracts and concessions);
    • procedures for access to public funding (tenders for access to state funds and PNNR);
    • expropriations;
    • environmental and energy sector. 

  • follows tax litigation, both from a procedural point of view and in the previous mediation and/or conciliation phase
  • advises on the drafting and preparation of deeds and documents relating to the legal transactions of greatest relevance for the Client’s activity;
  • lends its activity in the management of pre-litigation phases, preparing letters of contestation and defence, deeds of warning and defensive communications, or in the management of settlements;
  • performs its activity in the management of assisted negotiation and conciliatory mediation procedures before authorised bodies;
  • within the scope of judicial litigation, he deals with the drafting of court documents as well as the management of hearings.
