Marialilia has been working for ADR s.r.l. since 2024, offering legal advice and assistance, both out of court and judicial, mainly in the field of civil law. Her legal assistance and advice is mainly aimed at companies. In 2023 she obtained the legal license. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

Class 1996, after graduating from the Liceo Classico “A. Caro” of Fermo, in 2020 she obtained a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Bologna.
In 2024 she attended the Master of II level in “International Business Lawyer” at the University of Padua.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After graduation, she worked as a forensic practitioner at the law firm “De Minicis, Marrozzini, Girotti, Piattoni“.
She has been working with ADR Firm since 2024, where she mainly performs judicial and extrajudicial activities in the field of Civil Law.
- She advises on the drafting and preparation of documents, communications and documents relating to legal transactions of major importance for the activity carried out by the Client;
- She assists Clients in the management of pre-litigation phases, preparing dispute letters, notices of formal notice and defensive communications;
- She provides advice and assistance to clients in the management of transactions, assisted negotiation procedures and conciliation before authorized bodies;
- In the context of litigation, she is responsible for setting up the defensive strategy, drafting the documents and defending the Client at the hearing.
