Ludovica Calzecchi Onesti

Advisor in ADR Firm and qualified lawyer since 2022, Ludovica offers legal counsel and assistance, both out-of-court and in litigation, in the areas of corporate and civil law. She is registered with the Fermo Bar Association.

TRAINING

Born in 1996, after graduating from the “Leonardo Da Vinci” Scientific High School in Civitanova Marche, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Macerata in 2020.

In 2024, she also completed the postgraduate course in “Corporate Compliance and Prevention of Crime Risk in Collective Entities” at the University of Macerata.

She speaks Italian, English, and French.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

She began her legal practice at the Calzecchi Onesti Law Firm, founded by her father, and then broadened her expertise in commercial law through external experiences.

In 2021, she carried out a legal internship in Istanbul, focusing on international law and business contract law.

She has been collaborating with ADR Firm since 2023, where she provides strategic and operational advice to companies, families of entrepreneurs, and professionals in the corporate and civil fields.

Ludovica assists companies in the planning, structuring, and follow-up of strategic M&A transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, demergers, transformations, and transfers of equity interests or business units, handling the drafting of preliminary documentation (letters of intent, NDAs, term sheets, SPAs, framework agreements). She provides advice on the incorporation of companies, the drafting of articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, the preparation of resolutions, and the definition of delegation systems.

A particular focus is dedicated to the structuring of agreements, trusts and family pacts for the management of generational transition.

In corporate and antitrust litigation, she handles the defensive strategy, the drafting of pleadings, and client representation in court.
