Francesco is a collaborator of ADR S.r.l. He mainly deals with civil law and provides his judicial and extrajudicial services to corporate and private Clients. He obtained the lawyer qualification in 2021, He has been Pescara Bar Association’s member since 2023 and He founded “FPDC – Studio Legale” in Popoli Terme (PE). He speaks Italian and English.
Francesco Pio Damiano Concordia
TRAINING
Francesco was born in 1991. After diploma from the Ovidio Classical High School in Sulmona, He graduated in Law in 2016 from the L.U.M.S.A. of Rome, discussing a thesis in tax law, entitled “Abuse of tax law”.
Subsequently He attended the professional training school for forensic practice of the Forum Aterni Foundation in Pescara.
In 2021 He qualified as a Lawyer in Italy and between the same year and 2023 He obtained three master’s degrees in Didactic, psychological, anthropological methodologies, theory and planning methods, in Economic, statistical and legal disciplines and in Sports law, respectively at the University of Reggio Calabria, at the Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences of Rome, and at the Ascheri Academy of London, winning a publication for the thesis on: “The right to study of pupils affected by neurodevelopmental disorders: The Tourette’s Syndrome”.
Between 2022 and 2024 He took part in the technical and ethical training course for criminal lawyers, activated by the Territorial School of the Criminal Chamber and by the C.O.A. of L’Aquila, qualifying for public defence and, at the same time, participates in multiple events on intellectual property.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
From 2016 to 2020 Francesco performed forensic practice and collaborated with the Tommaso Marchese Law Firm of Pescara, operating in all branches of law. Between 2021 and 2022 He was appointed Member of Director’s Board of an O.D.V. in Marche and an A.S.D. in Abruzzo. He has been part of the ADR S.r.l. team since 2023.
